"In 2011, I weighed just 60 kilograms and was unhappy with the way I looked and felt," says Tim.
"I had gone through a bad break-up, and rather than wallow, I decided to take this painful experience and turn it into something positive for me."
Tim studied a Certificate III and IV in Fitness at the National Health and Fitness Academy; and transformed to be fitter, faster and stronger than ever before.

"Since improving my own health and fitness, I found that my personal confidence and self-belief has grown," says Tim.
"I am now more motivated to pursuit my dreams, and am determined to help other people do the same."
